By accessing or using our courier, chauffeur, delivery, hauling, or car rental services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

2. Services Offered

LET'S RIDE AUTOMOTIVE, LLC provides the following services:

Courier Services: Timely pickup and delivery of packages and documents.
Chauffeur Services: Professional drivers for personal or corporate transportation needs.
Delivery Services: Delivery of goods and merchandise within our service areas.
Hauling Services: Transportation of heavy items or bulk materials.
Car Rentals: Short- and long-term vehicle rental options.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid form of identification. For car rentals and chauffeur services, a valid driver’s license may be required, depending on the nature of the service. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our Services. Additional eligibility requirements may apply for specific services, such as having a valid driver’s license for rentals or chauffeur services.

4. Bookings & Payment

Service Booking: All services must be scheduled in advance via our official booking channels.
Payment Terms:
- Payment is due immediately upon completion of service (after drop-off) unless a deposit is required.
- If a deposit is required, the remaining balance will be due after the service is completed.
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
- Pricing may vary based on service type, location, duration, and any additional requests.
- You agree to pay all charges associated with your use of the Services, including but not limited to service fees, mileage fees, late fees, tolls, and applicable taxes. Payment must be made through approved methods at the time of service or as otherwise agreed.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All sales are final.
LET'S RIDE AUTOMOTIVE, LLC maintains a strict no-refund policy, which applies to:

Customer cancellations.
Missed appointments or no-shows.
Service dissatisfaction.
Booking errors not caused by LET'S RIDE AUTOMOTIVE, LLC.

Exceptions may be made only at the sole discretion of the Company in writing.

LET'S RIDE AUTOMOTIVE, LLC maintains a strict no-refund policy. Cancellations must be made in accordance with our stated timeframes, which may vary by service type and will be communicated at the time of booking. Failure to comply with these policies may result in charges for the full amount of the scheduled service.

Three (3) or more cancellations—regardless of timing—may result in permanent removal from our client list. This policy is enforced to ensure the reliability and fairness of service scheduling for all clients.

6. User Responsibilities

Customers are expected to:

Provide accurate booking details.
Be present at the designated pickup and drop-off locations on time.
Treat staff, vehicles, and equipment with respect.
Use all services in a lawful and responsible manner.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in denial of service or additional charges.

By using our Services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information;
Use the Services only for lawful purposes;
Not misuse, tamper with, or damage our vehicles or equipment;
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

For vehicle rentals or chauffeur services, users must comply with all driving-related requirements and vehicle usage policies provided at the time of booking.

7. Vehicle Usage (Car Rentals)

Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as issued.
Renters are responsible for any damages, excessive wear, or violations during the rental period.
Smoking, illegal activity, or unauthorized drivers are prohibited.
Insurance and license verification may be required prior to the release of a vehicle.

8. Limited Liability

LET'S RIDE AUTOMOTIVE, LLC is not liable for:

Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.
Lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
Any harm resulting from customer misconduct or third-party acts.

Limit of Liability: Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

We strive to provide safe, reliable services, but we are not liable for:

Losses caused by delays, traffic, weather, or other unforeseen events;
Loss, theft, or damage to personal property;
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of service use.

9. Insurance & Compliance

All Company vehicles are insured and compliant with Michigan state law. Additional customer-provided insurance may be required for car rentals or specific delivery and hauling jobs.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LET'S RIDE AUTOMOTIVE, LLC, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms, excessive cancellations, or any behavior that disrupts operations.

12. Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. Please review it carefully.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following the publication of such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes related to these terms will be handled in Michigan jurisdiction.
